The month of July is about to end and as August comes, we then found out that it gave us time out from our daily work or school routine. And mind you we do love holidays and long week-ends!
Aside from the Regular holidays for August 2019, as observed nationwide, and by virtue of Republic Act No. 8952, the Province of Cebu likely will enjoy a Special Non-Working Holiday on August 6 in observance of the Cebu Provincial Charter Day. This includes highly urbanized cities of Cebu and Mandaue and its component cities of Lapulapu, Danao, and Toledo.

*August 12 (Monday) Eidul Adha /Sacrifice Feast/Special Non-Working
*August 21 (Wednesday Ninoy Aquino Day Special Non-Working
*August 26 (Monday) National Heroes Day Regular Holiday)
It is hereby noted that the proclamation which declares national holidays in the observance of Eid’l Ftr and Edul Adha are issued as determined in accordance with the Islamic Calendar.
