Pensioners, have you experience having a problem in your monthly SSS pension? Did you experience delay or have you missed a month without the fund?
With the increase in the number of our pensioners, the Social Security System had issued a guideline for all Pensioners by complying of their Annual Confirmation of Pensioners (ACOP) Program, in order to ensure continuous receipt of their monthly pension.
This is to eliminate cases wherein some deceased pensioners are not being reported and representatives took advantage of withdrawing or receiving a deceased monthly pension.
Thus, SSS had issued certain guidelines as follows;
For Retirees and Total disability pensioners, they are required to present themselves on their birth month.
For Survivor pensioners, they must present themselves on the birth month of the deceased member to update their records.
The above pensioners are required to report to the nearest SSS branch office to fill out and sign the ACOP form – Pensioner’s Reply which is downloadable via www.sss.gov.ph.
SSS pensioners and survivors are required to present the following:
- SSS cards
- UMID card
- Passport
- Or Two (2) valid ID’s with signature (at least one with photo).
However, for pensioners who can not report personally, they are advice to submit some additional documents as follows:
For Retiree and Survivor Pensioners
