Owning a Drivers License is synonymous to responsibility. And with our current traffic situation now, one must stretch his/her patience to survive the daily routine.
One must be qualified to get a Drivers License from the Land Transportation office, which includes submitting the necessary requirements like NSO/PSA Birth Certificate and Medical certificate from an accredited government physician and passing the written and practical examinations administered by LTO personnel.
LTO License validity is now increased to five (5) years time, giving ample time for the less privilege to met-up with the financial requirement. However, certain conditions apply in certain cases in revocation or withdrawal for drivers licenses.
